About the program
Liberation of Facilitation unlocks your potential as a facilitator. You learn to choose your interventions with more precision, less resistance and more effect - and gain insight into what makes you powerful and what gets in your way.
You learn to connect with your essence and from there do - effortlessly - what makes a real difference. You attune sharply to the dynamics of your clients and use that actively to move them forward. The program moves you a step further as a facilitator and as a human being.

Our approach
Our view on facilitation
Facilitation is the art of 'making easy'. By choosing precisely the right intervention at precisely the right moment, what really matters becomes visible. A masterful facilitator uses those transformational moments for acceleration, depth and integration.
As a facilitator you are your most important instrument. The quality of your inner state sets the quality of your interventions.

Being, Knowing and Doing as the foundation of your facilitation

Being (Wezen)
Yourself as the instrument
- Working from essence and purpose
- The power of vulnerability
- Awareness, mindfulness and meditation
- Building and holding space
- Your own transformation as a role model

Knowing (Weten)
Knowledge you draw on
- Designing the intervention
- Understanding personal transformation
- Connecting to business relevance
- Group dynamics
- The psychology of behavior

Doing (Werken)
Skills in the moment
- Facilitating dialogue
- The power of stories
- Constructive conflict
- Transformational questions
- Working with resistance
Practical information
The program starts by experiencing the Liberated Leader program yourself. We then use it as practice material to learn how transformational programs are built and what it takes from you to guide participants through them with impact and depth.
Alongside workshops and webinars you commit to exercises, reflections and depth work - about 6 days in total.
Combine optionally with personal coaching. We're happy to work with Alix Royer.
