Who is in-company development for?
This program is relevant when facilitation plays a structural role in your organization:
HR & L&D teams
You run a lot of internal sessions - strategy, change, team development - and want to raise the quality and impact.
Leadership teams
Your leaders facilitate many meetings and workshops themselves. You want them to do that with more impact, calm and precision.
Facilitator communities
You have a group of internal facilitators, coaches or change-makers who want to grow further in craft. Or you want to build such a group to support teams and leaders through large transformations and ongoing leadership and team development at scale.
What does it deliver?
In-company development is aimed at lasting change, not just a one-off training.
Scalable and lasting impact
Develop an internal group of high-quality facilitators who pass their knowledge on, supporting sustainable change at scale with both organizational insight and masterful facilitation.
In your own context
We use your cases, dynamics and strategy. Facilitators develop directly within the practice of the organization.
Immediate added value
Between sessions, participants apply what they learn directly in their own meetings and programs.
One shared language in your team
Your team gets a shared method and vocabulary for facilitation, raising both collaboration and quality.
From knowledge to mastery
Not only tools, but also presence, attunement and the courage to intervene at the right moment.
Continuous development
With practice assignments, feedback and a community in which your team keeps sharpening one another.
Our approach
We always start with your question. What is the dynamic in which facilitation needs to land? Which patterns are at play? And what impact do your stakeholders want to see?
From there we design a program that fits your culture, agenda and ambitions. That can range from an intensive bootcamp to a multi-month track with intervision, practice assignments and feedback.
The inner game is the outer game - for a team too.

What do we build on?
The three pillars of mastery show up in every program - tuned to the level and question of your team.
Being (Wezen)
Yourself as the instrument: presence, inner state, essence and congruence in the room.
Knowing (Weten)
Design, group dynamics, transformational learning and the science underpinning interventions.
Doing (Werken)
Dialogue, storytelling, conflict, systemic work, command of the room and embodied facilitation.
Why in-company?
Organizations that invest in internal facilitation power accelerate their own change. You build shared craft, reduce dependence on external facilitators and create a culture where people themselves dare to guide difficult dialogues.
And because we design the program in your own context, relevance is immediate. No generic examples - your cases, your people, your strategy.
Faculty
Programs are designed and led by Beatrijs Verploeg and Françoise Gielen. Together they have more than 20,000 hours of facilitation with leaders, teams and transformations - a large part of that at Aberkyn in the facilitator development program.

Curious about the possibilities?
Every program starts with a conversation about your question, context and ambitions. We're happy to think along about what fits.
Frequently asked questions
It depends on your question and audience. We design programs from a single intensive day to a multi-day track spread over several months, including peer intervision and practice assignments.
